Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
Cinnamon sugar donuts
Ingredients
· 2 eggs
· ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
· ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
· 2 tbsp. avocado oil/grapeseed oil
· ¼ cup maple syrup
· 1 cup paleo flour
· ½ tbsp. coconut flour
· ¼ tsp psyllium husk
· 1 tsp cinnamon
· 1.5 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
Directions
· Preheat oven to 350 F
· Spray donut moulds
· In a large bowl, mix together all wet ingredients
· In a medium bowl, mix together all dry ingredients
· Slowly add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until combined
· Transfer to 12 donut pans (filling ½ full)
· Bake for 14 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack to cool until you put on toppings
Cinnamon sugar:
· In a small bowl, mix together ¼ cup brown sugar/coconut sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon
· Pour a couple tablespoons of avocado/grapeseed oil in a bowl
· Dip each donut in the oil and then the sugar mixture
· Put donuts back on a baking tray with parchment paper and bake at 350 F for 2 minutes
